Commercial Real Estate Investments

Bridge has access to capital for major commercial real estate development and acquisitions.  Bridge and its investors will co-invest on a preferred basis up to 85% of the capital stack on properties with qualified developers/operators.  Bridge with co-invest on pari-passu terms with management control or co-control.

Bridge assists real estate investors and developers with acquisition analysis, deal structuring, packaging and capitalization of their real estate projects.  

When available, Bridge will permit accredited investors to co-invest with it on acquisition and development opportunities.  In addition, certain Bridge partners offer accredited investors passive investment opportunities in their projects.  Bridge will provide referrals when those opportunities are available.
